Pregnancy
If you are pregnant or trying to conceive, please inform our staff at the time of booking. Certain treatments may require modifications or may not be suitable during pregnancy. Our trained professionals will provide appropriate guidance and recommend suitable alternatives.
Illness including COVID-19 Disclosure
For the well-being of our staff and other clients, we kindly request that if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, such as a fever, cold, or contagious skin condition, to reschedule your appointment. This helps maintain a healthy environment for everyone.
As part of our COVID-19 protocols, we require all clients to disclose any recent travel history, exposure to individuals with COVID-19, or any symptoms related to COVID-19 prior to their appointment. If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been advised to self-isolate, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Patch Tests
For certain treatments, such as IPL (intense pulsed light), a patch test may be required prior to the full treatment. This test helps assess any potential allergic reactions or sensitivities and ensures your safety and well-being.
Treatment Modifications
Our professional staff reserves the right to modify or adjust treatments based on individual needs and considerations. This may include adapting techniques, product selection, or treatment duration to ensure optimal results and client safety.
Maintenance and Aftercare
To achieve the best results from your treatments, it is essential to follow the recommended maintenance and aftercare instructions provided by our staff. This may include skincare routines, lifestyle adjustments, or scheduled follow-up visits. Not doing so may negatively effect the results of your treatment and LaBeauty Medispa will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

The effectiveness of treatments can be influenced by various factors, including skin type, medical history, and lifestyle. Our staff will provide you with realistic expectations and recommendations based on your specific needs.
Your Booking
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events may occur that could prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. However, to ensure we provide exceptional service to all of our guests, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the time slot to another guest.
Failure to provide sufficient notice or repeated cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or the requirement of a prepayment for future appointments.
Please be advised that no-show bookings and appointments cancelled for any reason, including due to COVID, will incur a no-show/cancellation fee of up to $100.
Arrival Time
To ensure that you receive the full duration of your scheduled treatment, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for check-in, completion of necessary forms, and preparation for your treatment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, please note that the treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients. The full service fee will still apply.
Staff Requests
While we do our best to accommodate requests for specific staff, we cannot guarantee that a particular staff member will be available for your appointment. All our staff members are highly trained professionals dedicated to providing excellent care.

Children in Spa
For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests, we kindly request that children under the age of 12 do not accompany adults into the spa area unless they are receiving a service themselves. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for all our clients.
Age Restrictions
We kindly request that clients under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent for any treatments or services. Certain treatments may have age restrictions due to their nature or potential risks involved.
Conduct
We maintain a professional and respectful environment for all clients and staff members. Any inappropriate behaviour or language towards our staff or fellow clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
Intoxication Policy
For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, we kindly request that you refrain from consuming alcohol or substances that may impair your judgment before or during your visit to the medispa. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client appears to be intoxicated or under the influence.
Mindful Behaviour
Please be mindful of other clients' space and privacy during your visit. Avoid using loud voices, touching personal belongings that do not belong to you, or using spa facilities that are designated for other clients. Respectful behaviour contributes to a harmonious environment for all.
Mobile Devices
To maintain a serene and peaceful atmosphere for all clients, we kindly request that you silence your mobile devices or keep them in silent mode during your visit. If you need to make or receive an urgent call, we ask that you step outside the spa area to minimise disruption to other guests.
Talking and Volume
We strive to create a tranquil environment for relaxation. Please keep conversations and noise levels to a minimum while in shared spaces such as waiting areas, relaxation rooms, and treatment areas. This helps ensure a peaceful experience for all clients.
Photography and Social Media
For the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, we kindly request that photography or recording within the medispa premises be limited to staff-approved situations only. This includes refraining from taking photos or videos of other clients without their explicit consent.
Personal Belongings
While we strive to provide a secure environment, we recommend that you leave valuable items at home. The medispa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
Charges & Payments
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide exceptional services and experiences. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your treatment or service, please let us know within 48 hours of your visit, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.
Payment
We require credit card information to be provided at the time of booking, which is securely stored by our software provider. This will allow for easy and efficient payment processing for any future treatments or product purchases.
Please let us know if you prefer to use an alternate method of payment at the time of your appointment. If you have an existing appointment deposit, you are welcome to redeem it at the time of payment. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Weekend and Public Holiday Surcharges
While many other medispas have extra surcharges on special days, at LaBeauty Medispa, we're delighted to inform you that we do not charge any surcharges. Your comfort and satisfaction are always our top priority.
Health Insurance Rebates
We understand that some of our services may be eligible for health insurance rebates. Please check with your insurance provider regarding your coverage and any specific requirements. We can provide you with an itemised receipt upon request to facilitate the reimbursement process.
Treatment Packages and Series
If you purchase a treatment package or series, please note that they are non-transferable and non-refundable. These packages are designed to provide optimal results when completed as recommended by our professionals.
Price Adjustments
Prices for treatments, services and products are subject to change without prior notice. However, if you have prepaid for a service that has undergone a price adjustment, you will not be required to pay the difference.
