Specials/Deals/Promotions
Due to the nature of specials/deals/promotions, they are only valid for the defined period of time. All the bookings have to be made within that defined time of period and service can be redeemed for up to 1 month.
With bonus free skincare kit, it is only available in store and no post available.
You need to present proof of evidence such as receipt, email, gift card or gift voucher to redeem your treatments or products.
Generally speaking, bonus treatments and/or skincare kit have to be booked on the same day of the original treatment, and bonus treatments and/or skincare kit are not claimable for money value. However, due to the nature of some treatments, you might need to book the bonus treatment on a different date, in this case, we accept the bonus treatment to be booked within 1 month after the original treatment has finished.
Refund Policy
Generally, refunds will not be provided for Products or Treatments purchased from us. We will provide refunds of Products and Treatments sold to you where we are required to do so by Australian Consumer Law, including:
- for any Products or Treatments purchased which we are unable to provide to you; and
- if you purchase a Prepaid Treatment and subsequently do not wish to provide us with the information that we require to provide that Prepaid Treatment to you.
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. To be fair to all clients, by buying Products or Treatments you agree to comply with and be bound by our cancellation policy.
If you fail to attend an appointment without providing at least 24 hours prior notice, we reserve the right to charge you a $50 No Show or Late Cancellation fee.
If you have pre-paid for an appointment and you fail to attend that appointment, you may forfeit one treatment from your package.
